Trapped in a world where emotions are all but outlawed, one average citizen tries to find beauty, emotion, and companionship in her daily life. But when the pressure of that cold world weighs too heavily on her, she decides to go to the 'Emotional Decontamination Chamber' to have her undesired psychic refuse taken out.
